Our proprietary algorithms are trained to understand the key requirements for each role based on the criteria you provide. It parses resumes for relevant skills, experience, education, and other attributes to automatically score and rank candidates for fit. The AI gets smarter over time through machine learning.
We've taken careful steps to reduce biases in our algorithms by using diverse training data, blind candidate screening, and testing for fairness. But no AI is totally bias-free. We're committed to continuous improvement and have built tools for our customers to report any problematic scoring.
In our testing, the AI has proven to be comparable and in many cases better than manual screening by humans. But the AI is designed to augment and expedite - not fully replace - human decision making. All shortlists should still be reviewed by a recruiter before final interview scheduling.
